Joel Simmons

Joel Simmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in claims adjusting and investigation. Currently serving as Director and Senior Consultant at J.S. Held LLC since May 2018, Joel has prior experience as a General Adjuster at White-Hart and Associates, where expertise included large loss residential and commercial claims, appraisal, and municipal claims adjusting. Before that, Joel worked with COUNTRY Financial® and as a CAT Adjuster for Pilot Catastrophe Service. Joel's background also includes law enforcement experience as a Deputy Sheriff with the Columbia County Sheriff Office and military service in the United States Air Force as a Fire Protection Specialist. Educational credentials include attendance at Southwestern Illinois College.
