Mark Mills

Mark Mills is a Senior Managing Director at J.S. Held LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry across various roles including sub-contractors, main contractors, PQS firms, and multi-disciplinary consultancies. Mark's diverse project experience spans all stages of the construction process, handling project values from £1 million in the UK to larger international ventures. Previously, Mark served as Director at Aquila Forensics, specializing in construction disputes and advisory services. Mark has also contributed to academia as a visiting lecturer at the University of Stuttgart and an associate tutor at the University of Reading. Additional experience includes directorial positions at CapEx Forensics and managing consultancy work at Navigant, alongside earlier roles at Arcadis, BAA, and Shepherd Construction. Mark holds an EMBA from Bayes Business School, an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London, and a BSc in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from The University of Manchester.
