Erin Hearn

Erin Hearn is a seasoned legal and legislative professional with extensive experience in alliance development and legislative management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Alliance Development at J Strategies, Inc. since January 2019, Erin has previously held roles such as Vice President and Alliance Development Manager at the same organization. Prior to this, Erin worked at the Massachusetts State Senate from June 2011 to January 2019 as Legislative Director, overseeing the senator's legislative agenda, providing legal advice, and engaging in lobbying efforts. Erin's earlier roles include Communications Director, Research Assistant, and Research Associate at various law firms and legal services organizations, highlighting a strong foundation in legal research, client representation, and legislative processes. Erin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from New England Law | Boston and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Psychology from Boston College.
