Jason Kou

Jason Kou has extensive experience in technology and operations, currently serving as Partner and COO at J-Tech Digital, INC since December 2013, where operational strategies were provided to the CEO and a 10-fold revenue increase was achieved in eight years. Prior roles include Tech Support/Developer at J-Tech Digital, where support was provided to customers and an internal ERP system was developed, and IT Administrator Intern at Industeq, where systems such as Active Directory and various network services were upgraded and maintained. Additionally, as IT Manager at the University of International Business and Economics, IT services were managed for over 1,500 staff members, and virtualization platforms were implemented. Jason's early career includes project management at JYD Technology Group, overseeing high-value video conferencing projects. Educationally, Jason holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
