Previously, Alan held roles such as Editorial Board Member for the American Journal of Medical Quality and Managing Partner at Friedman Advisors, LLC, where responsibilities included conducting organizational assessments and delivering strategic solutions to high-profile clients. With a diverse career spanning roles in business development and training across various healthcare-related companies, Alan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology/Change Leadership from Columbia University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
