Diana Liberto

Diana Liberto has extensive experience in leadership, corporate governance, and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for WalkMyMind and as its Founder, President, and CEO, Diana Liberto directs the development of a wellness engagement platform and oversees content curation. Additionally, Diana Liberto holds the position of Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Cohen & Company Inc., guiding corporate governance principles and evaluating Board candidates. As an Advisory Board Member for J3Personica, Diana Liberto provides legal and strategic counsel. Previously, Diana Liberto served as Associate General Counsel at Walmart, managing employment law and litigation for regions across the Southeast and Eastern Seaboard. Diana Liberto earned a Doctor of Law degree with honors from Rutgers University, School of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Glassboro State College.
