Aijiro Shinoda is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in Japanese and French cuisine. Currently serving as a Japanese chef at Jebel Ali International Hotels since August 2011, Aijiro Shinoda previously held the role of Japanese chef at Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa in Dubai from 2006 to August 2010. Aijiro's culinary journey began as a sous chef at Hotel Okura Tokyo from April 1975 to May 1998, following education at Soyo Odawara High School from 1972 to 1975.
