Neel Mallawaarchchige is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in food and beverage management and banquet operations. Currently serving as a Banquet Operations Manager at JA Resorts & Hotels since January 2023, Neel previously held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Araliya Beach Resort & Spa Unawatuna and has extensive experience in banquet management at One&Only Resorts. Neel's earlier roles include managing food and beverage operations at various Araliya properties and working as a Night Club and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Grand Oriental Hotel Colombo. Neel began the career as a Training Waiter at Mount Lavinia Hotel. Education includes studies at Ananda College Elpitiya and Lumbini College Colombo.
