Vinay Singh

Vinay Singh is an experienced bar entrepreneur currently managing operations at INDIAN BOLLYWOOD RESTAURANT & BAR since February 2022. Previously, Vinay has held the position of Outlet Supervisor/Assistant Sommelier at JA Resorts & Hotels, overseeing bar operations and wine service in a haute cuisine restaurant since October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Bar Supervisor at Trader Vic's Worldwide, where staff training on traditional tiki cocktail preparation was a key responsibility, and as Head Bartender at Millennium Hotel and Resort, managing operations of an Italian restaurant and bar. Vinay began a career in hospitality as a Bar Waiter at Hilton, responsible for daily operations of high-capacity dining bars. Education includes Level 1 and Level 2 wine specializations from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, both completed in 2019.
