Luiz Luccas

Luiz Luccas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the animal health industry. Currently serving as the General Director and CEO of JA Saúde Animal since January 2024, Luiz previously worked as a Business Consultant at ALPHA HLD from May 2015 to January 2024. Luiz's notable tenure at Merial spanned from 1996 to 2015, where positions included Head of Companion Animals Marketing for Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as various leadership roles within the Brazilian marketing and livestock divisions. Earlier career experiences include serving as Head of Business at Guabi Nutrição e Saúde Animal and Product Manager at Fort Dodge Animal Health. Luiz holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Veterinary from USP, a degree in Business Administration from FGV, and an International MBA from Ohio University.
