Rachel H. has over 17 years of work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Rachel began their career in 2002 as a Digital Transformation Consultant at P&O Ferries. Rachel then moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2003, where they held two roles - Global Farming Program Manager, EMEA and Global Sales Solutions Consultant, EMEA. In 2007, they were a Trade Sales | Station Transition Project | GDS Project at Eurostar. In 2011, they became the Marketing & Business Development Manager at Spruson & Ferguson. From 2012 to 2015, they held multiple roles at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) - Director, Operations - Asia Pacific (& Head of Marketing APAC) and General Manager - Australia & New Zealand. In 2014, they were the Director, Brand & Engagement at Travelport Locomote. From 2015 to 2019, Rachel H. was the Interim Managing Director - Pacific at HSMAI Asia Pacific. Since 2008, they have also been the Marketing & Brand Consultant at Little Red Consulting | Marketing + Growth Strategy. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Jaaims.

Rachel H. began their education journey at Franklin College of Higher Education in 1999, where they studied A Levels; Business Studies, Fine Art, Economics, English Literature and General Studies. Rachel then went on to the University of Hull in 2003 to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Coastal and Environmental Studies, which they completed in 2004. In 2001, they began their BA Honours Degree in International Business Management and Human Resources Management at the University of Gloucestershire, which they completed in 2005. In 2018, Rachel H. took courses at Durham University in Leading and Managing People-Centred Change, as well as at Monash University in Nutrition: Food as Medicine.
