Alex Zhang

Alex Zhang is an accomplished Operations Director with a Master’s degree in Engineering from Tianjin University, obtained in 1995. With 29 years of extensive experience in manufacturing, they have held significant roles, including 13 years at Motorola where they contributed to the development of a world-class telecom manufacturing facility. Alex's career further includes 16 years in EMS operations, particularly in medical manufacturing, where they successfully drove cultural transformations and oversight that led to multiple FDA audit approvals. Under their leadership, the facility achieved notable growth, becoming the largest medical device contract manufacturer in Asia and receiving the prestigious Shingo Gold award in 2024. Currently involved in digital intelligent transformation initiatives, Alex has also earned recognition at the city level for their achievements.
