Anatoliy Mikula

Anatoliy Mikula possesses extensive experience in operations management, serving in various senior leadership roles at Jabil since August 2005, including Senior Vice President Operations for LATAM and multiple positions with a total headcount responsibility exceeding 6,000 employees. Key achievements include the relaunch of plant capacities in preparation for significant growth and full accountability for site profit and loss. Previously, at Nestle Ukraine from 1997 to 2004, Anatoliy held positions such as Production Manager and Deputy Factory Manager, overseeing a workforce of around 3,000 employees and managing the entire production budget. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Edinburgh Business School and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Society for Quality, alongside studies in IT systems and applied mathematics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
