Arijan Herceg is a mechanical engineer and PhD candidate with a strong background in quality engineering and non-destructive testing. Currently serving as Quality Laboratory Supervisor at Jabil since 2025, Arijan previously worked as a Master of Mechanical Engineering and NDT Technology Engineer at ANDRITZ TEP D.O.O. from 2018 to 2023. Arijan also held roles as an NDT Technician from 2008 to 2018 and as Head of Technical Control of the Welding Process at DURO DAKOVIC Special Vehicles from 2023 to 2024. They earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sveučilište 'Josipa Jurja Strossmayera' in Osijek and are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at Sveučilište u Slavonskom Brodu.
