Shanna Dulong

Shanna Dulong is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in managing complex projects and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Information Technology Manager at Jabil since November 2017, Shanna leads a team of 15 in the RPA Center of Excellence and oversees significant supply chain applications including a $6M annual spend on custom development platforms. Prior roles include leading high-profile SAP S/4 upgrades impacting 27K users, directing product management at DocuPhase, and managing development teams at Lockheed Martin and The Boeing Company. Shanna holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership in IT and supply chain management.
