Brian Siler

Brian Siler is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as the Director of Sales at JAC Products since October 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held multiple positions at Ford Motor Company from November 2013 to September 2022, including Interior/Exterior Systems Integration Supervisor for the Explorer/Aviator, where multiple programs were delivered from start to vehicle launch, and Body Exterior Launch Lead for the 2021 F150, successfully launching over 100 parts across two plants. Earlier experience includes working as an EPAS Calibration Resident Engineer at ZF Group, where Brian led calibration for several GM models, and as a Vehicle Development & Test Engineer, focusing on durability and performance evaluations. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University from 2007 to 2010.
