Jared Tidwell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in cloud engineering and enterprise service management. Currently serving as Practice Manager for Enterprise Service Management at Jack Henry since April 2016, Jared promotes effective IT Service Management practices that deliver technology-enabled services. Previous roles at Jack Henry include Manager and Supervisor of Cloud Engineering, where Jared focused on enabling safe and efficient public cloud usage, as well as Supervisor of Platform Operations, enhancing system security and compliance across various platforms. Prior experience includes several positions at JMARK Business Solutions, where Jared worked closely with financial industry clients, honing skills in virtualization, server management, and technical support.
