John Saunders

John Saunders currently serves as the Education Supervisor for Knowledge Enablement at Jack Henry, a position held since May 2017. In this role, John oversees the implementation, presentation, design, and training of the Loan Application while collaborating with various organizational levels within financial institutions. Previously, John worked as an Application Support Analyst and Product Support Representative, delivering support for multiple financial software systems to over 85 banks, managing up to 100 customer calls daily. Earlier experience includes a position as a Wireless Sales Associate at Walmart, where John facilitated phone contracts and provided expertise in electronics. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Marketing from Drury University, graduating in 2020.
