Juan Flores

Juan Flores, CSM, CSPO, is an experienced Application Engineer at Jack Henry since June 2025, with a robust background in systems analysis and support across several companies. Prior to this role, Juan served as a System Analyst and Operations System Analyst at American AgCredit from January 2018 to May 2025, and as a Solution Delivery Specialist at AgVantis, Inc. from June 2016 to December 2017, acting as a liaison between customers and the organization. Juan’s earlier experience includes roles as an IT Plant Floor System Analyst at JBS and various IT support and analyst positions at Cargill, where significant contributions were made to process improvement and customer service. Academically, Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from Kansas State University.
