Jack Henry
Mick Jones has served as a Technical Product Manager II and previously as a Customer Experience Coordinator at Jack Henry since June 2018. Responsibilities include enhancing the Voice of the Customer program, project management of the inaugural Customer Success Summit, and the annual Customer Service Week celebration, impacting over 2,100 employees. Mick also established and expanded the Customer Experience Department from 25 to 90 managers and directors, fostering collaboration across various functional teams.
