Lindsay Eurich Drea

Lindsay Eurich Drea is an experienced professional in food safety and regulatory compliance, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager in Food Safety and Technical Services at Jack in the Box since March 2016. Prior roles at Jack in the Box include Senior Food Safety Specialist and Food Safety Scientist. Before joining Jack in the Box, Lindsay worked at JMFG - Smithfield Foods as a HACCP Specialist, overseeing the in-plant HACCP plan and managing the SQF program. Earlier experience includes positions as HACCP Coordinator and FSQA Supervisor at Tyson Foods, and a Graduate Assistant position at Penn State University, focusing on meat quality and safety research. Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in Animal Sciences from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from Colorado State University.
