Ronniann Silver

Ronniann Silver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in franchise development and management. Since December 2016, Ronniann has served as the Director of Franchise Development at Jack in the Box, overseeing the recruitment of new franchisees and managing refranchising negotiations. Prior to this role, Ronniann worked as a consultant at Broadventure Management Group and operated Silver Consulting LLC, focusing on franchise processes and project management. With a significant tenure at Applebee's International, Inc., Ronniann played a crucial role in the refranchising of 479 restaurants, generating substantial financial results. Previous positions include Vice President roles at Italian Oven LLC and Barista Brava Coffee Company, as well as Vice President of Franchise Operations at Uno Chicago Grill, where Ronniann substantially contributed to the brand's expansion across multiple regions. Ronniann Silver is a graduate of Salem State University.
