Keren Shavit

Keren Shavit is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in organizational leadership and health care innovation. Currently serving as the Director of the North regional program at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation since July 2024, Keren previously co-founded and held the position of COO at Sweetch from November 2020 to July 2024, and at H3 Health from December 2018 to November 2020, which focused on delivering at-home health care solutions for frail, elderly patients. Keren's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding IDEA | International Development Accelerator and serving as Founder & CEO of IDA Sa de CV. With a foundation in behavioral science, Keren also holds a Master of Science in Organization Behavior from Tel Aviv University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School. Additional qualifications include a degree in finance for executives and training as a martial arts instructor.
