VP, Scholarship Programs Operations at Jack Kent Cooke

As Vice President, Scholarship Programs Operations, Ms. O’Neill oversees the conception, development, and implementation of the Foundation’s scholarship program operations activities.

Ms. O’Neill began working with the Foundation in 2003 as a program coordinator for the scholarship and grants programs. She went on to manage and then direct the Foundation’s higher education programs.

Before joining the Cooke Foundation, Ms. O’Neill was a senior program coordinator for the Council for the International Exchange of Scholars, a nonprofit organization that administers the Fulbright Scholar Program.

She holds an M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a B.A. in Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
