Alina Constantin has a diverse range of work experience in the field of game design and creative activism. Alina is currently working as a Game Designer at Jackbox Games, where they collaborate with game directors, lead artists, and engineers to ensure the fun, balance, and clarity of games. In addition, they ideate on new products and creates prototypes for potential release in future Jackbox Party Packs.

Prior to their current role, Alina worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Parsons School of Design - The New School and NYU Game Center. At Parsons, they created lecture content and facilitated projects for undergraduate students, while at NYU Game Center, they coordinated the curriculum for an introductory game design course.

Alina also gained experience as a Creative Activism Toolkit Intern at the Center For Artistic Activism, where they maintained and adapted a creative curriculum archive. Alina also worked as a Research Collaborator at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, translating ongoing research into card game design principles.

Furthermore, Alina has participated in various game design projects, including the NYC Media Lab Consumer Reports Data Challenge and collaborations with the American Museum of Natural History and Les Fées Spéciales. Alina Constantin's education history begins with their enrollment at ESAAT in Roubaix, France from 2004 to 2006. Here, they pursued a DMA in Animation Film, focusing on 2D Animation, Film History, and Story Development.

In 2006, they furthered their studies by attending Høgskulen i Volda, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animation. During their time at Høgskulen i Volda from 2006 to 2009, Alina specialized in Direction, 2D 3D & Puppet Animation.

Following their Bachelor's degree, Alina Constantin enrolled at The Animation Workshop in Viborg-DK in 2011. Alina completed a Professional Course in 3DMaya Animation, specifically honing their skills in Character Animation.

Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Alina pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree at NYU Game Center. Their field of study during this time was Game and Interactive Media Design, reflecting their interest in creating innovative and engaging interactive experiences.
