Jennifer P.

Jennifer P. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer is currently the Director of People at Jackbox Games since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Meetings & Events International from March 2020 to February 2022. Jennifer also worked as a Human Resources Manager at NSA Rubin Bros. from January 2019 to March 2020.

From January 2014 to December 2018, Jennifer held the position of Operations and Human Resources Business Partner at Stitch Method, where they managed company operations and oversaw the human resources function. Additionally, they administered benefits, handled compensation plans, and conducted payroll.

Before that, Jennifer owned their own business called Jennifer Philbrook LLC from 2011 to 2013. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Account Coordinator at PDI Global, Inc. from January 2006 to December 2012 and as a Production Assistant at Trend Publishing from July 2001 to January 2006.

Jennifer P. has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Rutgers University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications in 2000. During the same year, they also completed a certification in Web and Graphic Design from Pioneer Computer School of Visual Arts. In 1998, Jennifer briefly studied Film Production at New York University.

Later, between 2004 and 2009, Jennifer pursued their interest in Fashion Design at The Art Institutes, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. In 2021, they attended Villanova University to further their education and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development (MHRD).

Jennifer also holds several additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jennifer acquired the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in October 2020 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in the same month. In January 2021, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential. Lastly, in May 2021, Jennifer obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
