Jorine Jones has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Software Support Manager at Jackrabbit Technologies, Inc. since February 2007, while also holding the position of Director of Client Services at the same company since 2007. In these roles, Jorine manages and develops a team of Implementation/Software Support representatives, Subject Matter Experts, and Education Specialists, ensuring timely and effective support for clients. Prior to joining Jackrabbit, Jorine worked as a System Designer at Digitel Systems Inc. from January 1993 to March 2000. Jorine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Simon Fraser University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
