Dana Taylor

Dana Taylor has a strong professional background with experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Product Development Intern at Kimberly-Clark. In 2006, they joined Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant and continued in that role until 2009. Dana then took on a Strategy Intern position at bareMinerals in 2010. In 2011, Dana returned to Bain & Company as a Consultant, and later became a Case Team Leader until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they held multiple positions at Panera Bread, including Senior Manager, Director, Vice President, and finally Senior Vice President, leading operations strategy and innovation. Since 2021, Dana has been serving as the SVP of Strategy and Ops Excellence at Jack's Family Restaurants, LP. Additionally, as of April 2022, they have taken on the role of Chief People & Strategy Officer at the same company. Dana's extensive experience in strategy, operations, and management has equipped their with valuable skills for their current and future leadership positions.

Dana Taylor pursued higher education starting in 2002 by enrolling in The University of Texas at Austin where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they then pursued an MBA degree from Harvard Business School from 2009 to 2011.
