Deme C. has extensive work experience in human resources management. They started their career as an HR Generalist at Vectren, where they helped establish the HR organization and implemented talent management and total rewards programs. They then moved on to become an Associate Director at The Arc Knox County/Sunshine Industries, focusing on talent management and training strategies. At Alcoa, they advanced rapidly from a Senior Generalist to a Business Unit HR Manager Team Leader responsible for multiple sites.
