Heather Maloney, CPTD, has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Heather currently holds the role of Division Vice President, Learning and Development at Jackson and Coker since October 2019. Previously, they worked as an Instructional Designer at the same company from September 2018 to October 2019. Before joining Jackson and Coker, they worked at Federated Investors as a Manager, Organization Development from December 2017 to September 2018. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Learning Specialist from March 2011 to December 2017 and as a Learning Specialist from February 2007 to March 2011. Heather Maloney also has experience working as a TRAINER at Community College of Allegheny County from 2006 to 2007 and as an Independent Consultant/Trainer from 2005 to 2007. Heather Maloney, CPTD®, holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the same institution between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2020, Crucial Conversations certification from VitalSmarts in 2019, and TotalSDI (SDI) certification from TotalSDI in 2019.
