Laurie Koch Sphr

Laurie Koch, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources & Operations at Jackson Cross Partners LLC since July 2023. With a robust background in talent acquisition, Laurie was previously employed at Accenture from October 2012 to December 2022 as a Senior Recruiter/Talent Advisor, where responsibilities included managing the full life-cycle recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers. Prior to that, Laurie held the position of Manager of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition at Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. from December 2005 to October 2012, where strategic HR and recruitment policies were developed and executed for multiple locations across the globe. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and has furthered education at Villanova University.
