Andres Pelaez

Andres Pelaez, MD, serves as Co-Medical Director of Lung Transplantation at Jackson Health System's Miami Transplant Institute and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, both positions held since May 2022. Previously, experience includes roles as a Professor of Medicine and Medical Director of the Lung Transplant Program at the University of Florida from July 2016 to March 2022, and as an Intensivist at Florida Hospital Tampa and Tampa General Hospital. Training includes multiple fellowships in Lung Transplant, Interventional Bronchoscopy, and Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
