Monica Ramage-Suarez

Monica Ramage-Suarez, DNP, MSN, CLNC, RN, is an accomplished nurse and healthcare leader with extensive experience in risk management and patient safety within the Jackson Health System since January 2018. Serving as the Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety and previously as the Director of Nursing for Emergency Services, Monica has a strong background in emergency care. Monica's expertise is further complemented by a role as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant at Scrubs2Heels, LLC since 2021. Monica's previous positions at Jackson Memorial Hospital included Director of Patient Care Services and Nurse Manager, beginning as a Registered Nurse in the emergency room. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing Administration and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Nova Southeastern University, alongside an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Miami Dade College.
