Amy Young

Amy Young has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Amy is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at Jackson Healthcare since 2023, after serving as the Human Resources Manager from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they worked at New Season as the Regional Director of Human Resources from 2021 to 2021, the Director of Human Resources from 2020 to 2021, the Payroll Manager from 2019 to 2020, and the Senior HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2019. Before joining New Season, Amy was the Human Resources Director at Clinical Pathology Laboratories Southeast from 2014 to 2016 and the Human Resources Generalist from 2013 to 2014. Amy also has experience as an HR Manager at both Horizon Coach Lines from 2012 to 2013 and American Coach Lines from 2006 to 2012. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Workforce Central Florida from 2005 to 2006 and as a Recruiting and Staffing Manager at Cognisa Security from 2001 to 2005. Amy'searliest known position was as a Human Resource Specialist I at Argenbright Security from 1997 to 2001.

Amy Young attended the University of Central Florida from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR Management. Amy also holds a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in 2021.
