Kelly Moyle, MBA, MSIS, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR technology and management. Currently serving as Director of HCMS and Compensation at Jackson Healthcare since June 2024, Kelly previously held various leadership roles at Cox Enterprises, including Director of HR Technology, Strategy & Advisory, where collaboration with C-suite executives to implement HR technology strategies contributed to significant organizational improvements. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, Kelly has successfully managed high-value projects, including a major migration from PeopleSoft to Workday, and overseen the development of comprehensive learning systems across multiple organizations, including Kubota Tractor Corporation and AGCO Corporation. Academic credentials include an MBA and an MS in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University, along with a dual bachelor's degree in Management of Information Technology and E-Commerce from DeSales University.
