Joshua Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, branding, and team leadership across various industries. Currently part of the Factory Fishing Team and National Fishing Team at Jackson Kayak since January 2015, Joshua focuses on enhancing brand awareness through engagement and content creation. Joshua previously served as a Store Manager and Trainer at Starbucks from February 2016 to October 2022, overseeing a large retail team and contributing to military initiatives as a Board Member for the Mid-Atlantic Armed Forces Network. Joshua's military background includes roles as a SATCOM Systems Supervisor and Team Leader in the U.S. Army, where operations management skills were honed. Additional experience includes leadership positions at GTC Telecom and Epoch Internet, along with early roles at Starbucks. Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Communications at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Joshua combines a strong foundation in customer service and operations with creative skills.
