John McLane

John McLane is a legal professional with extensive experience in land operations and title law. Currently serving as Counsel at Jackson Kelly PLLC since December 2023, John has held various positions including West Virginia State Counsel at Old Republic Title and Of Counsel at Lenington, Gratton, & Associates LLP in 2023. Previously, John worked as Associate Counsel at New Columbia Solar from 2022 to 2023, and from September 2010 to February 2022, held multiple roles at CNX, including Land Operations Attorney and Title Attorney. John’s early career included an internship at Consol Energy in 2009. John holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from West Virginia University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics from Bethany College.
