Baha El Kassaby

Baha El Kassaby is a Senior Scientific Software Engineer at The Jackson Laboratory, where responsibilities include developing full-stack applications for genomic data analysis since March 2019. Baha has been an Eclipse committer since January 2015, contributing to various visualization projects. Prior freelance software engineering work involved collaboration on open-source Eclipse projects and a personal focus on cloud technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. Previous experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at Diamond Light Source, where contributions supported scientific applications, and as IT Manager at IFIS Tenders, leading significant improvements in an information system.
