Emily Schorer

Emily Schorer is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff & Chief People Officer at The Jackson Laboratory since April 2020, Emily has previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Cape Cod Healthcare from October 2013 to April 2020, where the organization became the largest employer on Cape Cod. Prior to this, Emily was Chief Administrative Officer at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, providing executive leadership across various administrative functions and contributing to strategic planning and organizational policy development. Emily's career began at Augat, Inc., where roles included Human Resources Coordinator and eventually Compensation and Employment Services Manager. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University.
