Marianne Goossens has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Marianne began their career as an Airline Supervisor at Northwest Airlines in 1994, where they trained customer service agents and supervised flight operations. Marianne then worked as a Corporate Trainer and Business Analyst at Phoenix Information Systems Ltd, where they gathered user requirements, performed system analysis, and provided training. Marianne also served as a Training Manager at Hainan Phoenix Information Systems Ltd, managing software development projects and leading training departments. Marianne then transitioned into the field of instructional design, working as an Instructional Designer at Knowledge Accelerators, USF, and The Jackson Laboratory. In these roles, they developed eLearning programs, created course materials, and implemented learning management systems. Marianne's expertise includes eLearning development, LMS administration, and the application of instructional design best practices.

Marianne Goossens holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Visual Communications & Applied Design from the University of Minnesota. Marianne also has additional certifications, including the Cube Education Series from The Jackson Laboratory and Quality Matters.
