Olin Blodgett

Olin Blodgett has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Network Programmer and Administrator at Southern Adventist University, where they developed network monitors and implemented bandwidth usage policies. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Systems Engineer at Florida Hospital, managing backup data and file/email restrictions. From 2005 to 2013, they held various positions at Parelli Natural Horsemanship, including Senior Systems Engineer and IT Director, where they developed software and managed infrastructure. In 2011, Olin Blodgett founded Spex Consulting and served as the President. Since 2013, they have been working at The Jackson Laboratory, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Senior Principal Software Engineer and Senior Devops Software Engineer. In these roles, they contributed to projects such as creating CICD pipelines, implementing AWS solutions, and developing software for genomic data management. Overall, Olin Blodgett has a strong technical background and expertise in software engineering, systems infrastructure, and network programming.

Olin Blodgett earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Southern Adventist University between 2013 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer System Administration and Computer Science from Southern Adventist University between 1998 and 2003.
