Preeya Bansal

Preeya Bansal, Esq. is a seasoned Labor & Employment Litigator currently at Jackson Lewis P.C. since October 2022, with a previous role as a Labor & Employment Attorney at Weber Gallagher. Preeya has extensive experience defending and advising both public and private employers on a variety of employment-related litigation matters. Prior to this, Preeya represented individuals facing unlawful employment discrimination at Murphy Law Group LLC and handled personal injury cases at Brown The Law Firm, LLC. Additional experience includes serving as an Arbitrator for the Chester County Court of Common Pleas and various legal internships, including work with veterans and family law. Preeya holds a Juris Doctorate from Delaware Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
