Aileen Herndon

Aileen Herndon serves as Senior Vice President of Distribution Marketing at Jackson since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President and Senior Manager of Sponsor Experience in Retirement Plan Services at T. Rowe Price from May 2017 to October 2019, and Senior Strategic Communications Manager at Empower Retirement from August 2015 to April 2017. Aileen has also been involved with T. Rowe Price in various capacities, including Marketing Manager for Retirement Plan Services Institutional Marketing from June 2014 to August 2015. Prior to that, Aileen owned Avenue P Marketing & Communications, specializing in the retirement industry for nearly 14 years. Aileen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Delaware and graduated from St. Mary's High School in Annapolis, MD.
