Andrea Goodrich

Andrea Goodrich's work experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Law and Corporate Secretary at Jackson since 2022. In this role, they lead the corporate legal function, provides legal support and counseling, and manages board meetings and materials. Andrea also oversees a team of lawyers and professionals handling corporate transactional, securities, contracting, executive compensation, investor relations, and governance services.

Andrea began their career in 1995 as a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP. Andrea also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia, from 1994 to 1995.

Andrea Goodrich obtained a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh from 1987 to 1991. Andrea later attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a JD in Law. Additionally, Andrea has obtained a certification in ESG: Navigating the Board's Role from Berkeley Law Executive Education and a Level I Yoga Instructor Certification from RYS Yoga Alliance.
