Andrea Marsh

Andrea Marsh is an experienced Operations Process Engineer and Business Process Owner at Jackson, a position held since April 2018. Prior to this, Andrea served as the Personal Lines Operations Manager for the Agency Support Team at The Hanover Insurance Group from June 2012 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing inbound calls, overseeing production in the call center, and leading team members through effective communication and leadership. Andrea's career in personal lines operations also includes roles as Supervisor and Team Lead, as well as Agency Services Associate. Earlier experience includes work in Patient Financial Services at St. Joseph Mercy Health Care System from July 2005 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Cleary University, earned between 2007 and 2013, along with completion of studies at Fowlerville High School.
