Beth Larson has over 25 years of experience in marketing and strategy roles. Beth worked at Thrivent Financial from 1993 to 2016, starting as a Director of Marketing and later advancing to Vice President of Marketing. In these roles, they led various marketing functions, including integrated marketing teams and go-to-market strategies. Beth also developed predictive models for customer acquisition using consumer insights and business intelligence. In 2016, they joined Jackson as the Director of Marketing Strategy and then became the Director of Digital Content Strategy in 2018.

Beth Larson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Marquette University. Beth also has a minor in Theology and a specialization in Business. In addition, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma (ISLSS), and Series 24, Series 7, and Series 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
