Carrie (Miller) Chelko has over two decades of work experience, primarily in legal and compliance roles. Carrie (Miller) is currently serving as the EVP, General Counsel at Jackson since August 2021. Carrie (Miller) has held multiple positions at Fidelity Investments, including SVP & Chief Compliance Officer, Personal Investing from April 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, Carrie has actively contributed to various organizations, such as the Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger as a Board Member from May 2018 to August 2021, and the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging as a Member of the Task Force for the Prevention of Financial Exploitation from June 2017 to April 2020. Prior to these roles, they held several senior leadership positions at Lincoln Financial Group and Janney Montgomery Scott. Carrie has also worked as an Associate at Saul Ewing LLP and served as a Law Clerk in the U.S. District Courts and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Carrie (Miller) has demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement, serving as a Board Member for New Life Youth and Family Services.

Carrie (Miller) Chelko has an extensive education history. Carrie (Miller) began their studies at the U.S. House of Representatives Page School in 1989. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Grove City College, which they completed in 1995. In 1997, Carrie attended Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, where they obtained their J.D. degree in 2000. Seeking further education in the securities industry, Carrie attended The Wharton School from 2018 to 2021, completing the Securities Industry Institute Executive Education program. Most recently, in 2023, they attended Harvard Law School for Executive Education, obtaining a certification.
