Erin Mercer, MBA, MS has extensive work experience in various roles related to internal communications and public relations. Erin is currently the Director of Internal Communications at Jackson, where they have been working since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Internal Communications at Jackson from September 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Jackson, Erin worked at Michigan State University as the Communications Manager for Diversity, Inclusion & Title IX from December 2017 to August 2018.
