Jeff Crawford

Jeff Crawford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and education. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Jackson Enterprise Technology since October 2014, Crawford leads a team of over 50 members in application delivery, focusing on annuity product innovations and digital transformation through Oracle Financials Cloud. Previous roles include Director of the Systems Innovation Group and various academic positions at Lipscomb University, where responsibilities included directing graduate programs and teaching as an adjunct and associate professor. Crawford also held leadership and technical roles at institutions such as the University of Tulsa, MidFirst Bank, and Koch Industries, and served as President of the Knowledge and Information Professional Association. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and an MS in Telecommunications Management from Oklahoma State University.
