Jessica Knott

Jessica Knott is a seasoned professional in usability analysis, UX research, and design management, with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Usability Analyst at Jackson since February 2023, Jessica collaborates with UX and development teams to enhance user-centered design research and usability testing. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of UX Research and DesignOps Manager at Gravity Works Design & Development, where strategic and process-oriented design efforts were emphasized. With a rich background at the Online Learning Consortium, Michigan State University, and TechSmith Corporation, Jessica has effectively led initiatives in community experience, instructional technology, and learning design. Jessica's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Higher, Adult and Lifelong Education, an MA in Educational Technology, and a BA in Journalism, all obtained from Michigan State University.
